Activate Transformation
Your buyers stopped searching.
They started asking.
When someone asks ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or Google’s AI Overviews about your category, one company gets named. We engineer the structure, evidence, and machine-readability that make it yours — and build the software behind the answer.
No pitch deck. We run the probes and show you the raw output first.
Why traffic falls while rankings hold
You are not losing to a competitor.
You are losing to the answer.
The most common thing we see: rankings flat, impressions steady, sessions down and to the right. That gap has a mechanism, and it is fixable.
The click never happens
The engine reads the sources, composes an answer, and resolves the question in place. Your ranking is intact. The visit is gone.
One source gets attributed
Answers name a small number of sources — often one. Position 7 on a results page still earned a look. Seventh-most-quotable earns nothing.
Selection runs on structure
Models favour content they can extract cleanly, attribute confidently, and corroborate elsewhere. That is an engineering property, not a writing style.
The Ramola AEO Index
We published the scoring method before we published the scores.
A public, versioned benchmark of how visible real companies are to answer engines. Open methodology, a fixed cohort, machine-readable results, and the raw probe output behind every number — so you can check our work instead of trusting it.
Open
Scoring spec is versioned and public. Fork it, argue with it, run it yourself.
Reproducible
Every score ships with the prompts, engines, and timestamps that produced it.
Honest
We score ourselves in the same cohort, and publish the result whatever it says.
What we do
Visibility is the front door. We also build what is behind it.
Getting cited is worth little if the product the buyer arrives at cannot carry the promise. Ramola covers both halves — which is why the recommendations and the implementation come from the same people.
How we work
Measure, engineer, verify — then do it again.
Every step produces an artifact you keep. Nothing here depends on you taking our word for it.
Measure
We probe the engines before we touch anything, and hand you the raw output. If the baseline is already strong, we say so — that conversation is cheaper for both of us than a retainer.
Engineer
Structure, schema, entity coverage, evidence, performance. Changes land as pull requests in your repository, reviewable line by line.
Verify
Re-probe on the same methodology and compare against the baseline. Movement is attributed to specific changes, or it is not claimed.
Compound
Monthly re-measurement in the portal. Answer engines change their behaviour constantly; a one-time fix decays.
Earned, not asserted
Four things you can hold us to.
The people who advise are the people who implement
There is no handoff to a delivery team. The person who wrote the recommendation opens the pull request, which is why our recommendations are implementable.
We publish our methodology
Our scoring spec is public and versioned. If you disagree with how we weight something, you can see it, argue with it, and run it yourself.
We report against a baseline we captured first
Improvement is measured from a number we recorded before we started, using the same probes. No moving the goalposts after the fact.
We will tell you when the answer is no
Sometimes the honest finding is that your visibility problem is a product problem, or that you do not need us yet. Saying so costs us one engagement and earns the next three.
Find out what the engines say about you.
We will run the Index probes against your domain and walk you through the raw output — what you are cited for, what you are not, and which gaps are worth closing. No deck, no obligation.
